Please note in order to return you equipment for service you MUST contact us first to ask for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
We are happy to service at any time. Of course, any minor issues covered by warranty will be fixed and returned at no charge.**
If warranty is invalidated a standard service fee of £50 may be charged.***
We generally advise five working days for a service turnaround but this really depends on the nature of the fault. Of course, simple fixes will be expedited.
*Failure to effectively mark package with RMA number may result in extended repair times.
