Does the motor CALIBRATE?
- NO - The motor does not move at all
Does the RECEIVER light up when powered? - If no... The problem is with the Receiver or the Power Cable (not the motor) If the Receiver lights up, but the motor doesn't move:- - Please try a different motor cable, to check that the cable isn't faulty - Please try connecting to all 3 motor sockets on the Receiver - Try updating the Motor's firmware If there is still no movement at all from the motor, then it sounds like either the LEMO SOCKET is damaged, or that the Motor's circuit board is damaged. Contact us to have it serviced.
- YES - The motor finds end-stops but then doesn't respond
- Check that the motor is assigned the right CLASS?
- If the Motor DOES NOT show in the motor menu... Update its firmware.
